Heres my story, im a 20 year old male, who works for my parents at a RL Polo store located in S.Korea, we recently hired a new girl employee (the store is very small mind you) she 19, i never took interest in her until recently, where she would go behind me and put her head on my shoulder, when this overconfident jerk would try to flirt, also would say dumb random stuff to her boyfriend saying look were a couple!! and she would put her arms around me. Once i met her at a bustop and she told me to wait with her, as it was cold, i was gonna offer my jacket but im not as confident, so i did not.. she sat very close to me, probably to keep from gettin a cold. After she left she texted me thanks for staying with me till the bus came. I flirted with her once or twice, trying to be smooth as possible (lol) asked me what shoe looks better i told her anything looks good on you, your too cute, or something of that nature. She turns around and giggles..

1. Her boyfriend is going to the army in 3 months its mandatory in Korea and will only have 2 weeks of visiting family in a period of 2 years obviously they are breaking up.

She is defenitely interested in you. Don't hold back when you have the urge to make a move... like when you wanted to offer her your jacket.

It sounds like she is attracted to you. Girls don't touch guys they are not interested in at all, but she may not be ready for a relationship with you yet. I think you would be best off to keep up the gentle flirting until after she has broken up with her boyfriend and been alone at least a month. I you want to be sure she doesn't date someone else first, then after she is broken up you can tell her you would like to take her out sometime...when she is ready. That you would wait. She will think this a very nice thing to do and will tell you either she doesn't think of you that way, or she'll say something like, OK, she'll let you know.
But, PS, you should have offered her your coat!!! Never be shy about being a gentleman.

It sounds like she is interested. I especially think so after reading about the bus stop. I also do not think she would tell her boyfriend that you are a couple if she wasn't.
The best advice I can give is to just be yourself. Tell her that you how you feel.
No, I won't tell you not to date a co-worker. I would then be a hypocrite.

just keep spending time with her and tell her that the jerk guy is just being a jerk and that you would never treat a woman like that. she will be confident with you and may just break up with the guy. if you feel like waiting, you will be there for her to cry on your shoulder when her boyfriend leaves.

Just close one eye next time your talking to her , when she asks whats wrong with your eye , tell her ,, that ... "Oh .. that eye has a crush on you , and I've been trying to keep it quiet for a long time , and today I Had to try a little harder then usual , Sorry !"

first i would tell her how you feel.
you could ask her out as friends first and be honest with her and tell her what you like about her. honesty is the best way to go. complementing her will make her happy and if she likes you then she will probably tell you or you might be able to tell if she does. Good Luck!

is she wasn't attarative to u she wouldn't put her arms around u or even put her head on u shoulder so i guess her and her bf r going to break up soon cause she won't be able to see him so she hasn;t realize that u r flirting with her so give her time to realize that
