I would rather go with a shy guy anyway, I think shyness is cute.
But I think, in general, there are some women to whom height is important, and others to whom it doesn't matter at all. I'm one of the latter.

I've met short guys who are very sociable and have awesome personalities. I'd choose a personality over height, just as long as he's not shorter than me. A handsome face also counts ;) It depends on the woman really.
