Till your flesh, to pull out the weeds ! Fast and Pray, Praise and Proclaim ! Search diligently for the " latter rain ". Humble yourself, knowing how vile man is, and with all the heart, want Gods will...not ours.

Seeking the Lord means asking for forgiveness and wanting his blessings on your Life. We should do this everyday. Doesn't the Bible say that if you will seek the Lord you will find him. Also notice here he didn't say anything about sacrifices, all thru the old testament we see Jesus and the belief by faith, Abraham believed God and it was accounted unto him for righteousness. In other words you got saved in the old testament the same way you get saved in the new, Faith. Great Question!!!

I think it means that if we are merciful to others then one day because of our mercy towards others the Lord our God will rain righteousness upon us and we will receive our inheritance in Heaven.
All our sins will be washed away leaving us whiter than snow and oh what a wonderful day that will be!

As a Christian, I absolutely have already seeked the Lord and placed Him via accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, repenting my sins, and reading the Bible. notwithstanding, now that i'm a believer and desires to advance contained in the Lord, i ought to nonetheless search for the Lord. there is no longer one guy (no longer even a Christian) who's familiar with each and everything about God. with a view to seek the Lord, as a believer, that is through reading the Bible common and getting deeper understanding in His words... God bless you

The people, having turned from God, were living outside His will. As all people who do so, they were reaping the rewards of their labors, finding that the things of the world, the things they coveted, did not hold the key to true happiness. The treasures they desired were meaningless. Only returning to God and seeking His face would bring them in relationship with God and give meaning to their lives.

This means that we may not be righteous. We are not to judge others. When we do, we are going astray of the Lord Gods wishes. To seek the Lord God we must open our hearts not just to the Lord God but to others. We seek the Lord God in our hearts and actions. Give your life to the Lord and he will guide your path to happiness, deny the Lord and he will visit many hardships on you to bring you back to the Lord God.

Our propensity is to seek (lust after) the devil and the things of this world. Therefore, we must make an effort to overcome that propensity and a conscious choice to seek (look for) the Lord in everything we think, see, hear, touch, taste, and say.
