Slow roast it at 325 for 4 hours in a covered roaster with some sauerkraut. It makes the pork very tender, and the kraut adds a tang that is delicious with pork.

Marinade for 3 days in a mix of 1 part soy sauce to 3 parts orange juice, with pepper, pumpkin pie spice, garlic, onion, and brown sugar added. Preheat oven to 375 F and roast 1/2 hour per pound, check for doneness with meat thermometer for a core temperature of at least 155 F

I stud mine with sliced garlic (use a knife to make some holes in the meat that you stuff with the garlic), sprinkle on a little celery salt and black pepper and roast it in the oven with some sliced potatoes - in the same pan. Any fat from the meat will make the potatoes crispy... Mmmmmmmmmm. That's so my favorite way to make a roast pork!!
Pulled pork works best with a "Boston Butt" cut.
