1st cousin once removed.

EDIT: why am I getting thumbs down? It is correct according to Webkipedia! 2nd cousins share a common great-grandparent. Once removed means he is descended from your cousin, but of another generation!

I see that all others are answering for "2nd Cousin".

Maybe they are right. But, I still want to give some view from different culture (Javanese).

Your Dad has a Sister, She is your Aunt. Her Children are your Cousins. When you have a son, and your cousin also has one, your son is Second Cousin for your Cousin's Son. So since you and your Cousin are First Cousins; Your Children and Your Cousin's Children are Second Cousins.

That's why, it makes you an Aunt.

It's your second cousin. You would be it's aunt if her cousin is your sister which she's not.
