Yes that is true, some people hate themselves they hide it for a little while, but the truth comes out eventually. They cant love anyone when they dont love themselves. Its better to find out early rather than after you marry the person. Dont ever go to fast or you let yourself get hurt over something you already knew or would know if you took the time to know the person.
I just finished with a guy that was like this.

More like compatibility. Or high school. People change and grow and in some relationships, you realize you just don't click like you thought. You simply move on and look for someone you can be with for the long haul.
I have had great boyfriends in the past but none of them were truly long haul relationships. The man I did marry is someone I can be with for many years and still love him completely, even when he drives me nuts.
Relationships are hard, no two ways about that.

Yes. And everyone has these ideas in there head that the person they're with should be able to read minds.
Good communication is the foundation of a good relationship, in my opinion.

Most of the time relationships do not work out due to clash of ego. Falsity in dealings also have the same effect.

because one person thinks they are so close and kindve bosses the other one around. the other one deals with it for a while but if they stay bossy the whole relationship just goes kerplunk right down the drain. then the one that was being bossy says he doesent care so then they break up and then the one who was being bossy tries to get the other one back to like them.

Your "Maybe" is not correct...
"There are numerous real cases that some couple disliked each other, but were
able to stay together for their entire lives, while other couple loved each other deeply, but were only able to enjoy each other’s company for a very brief period of time."

Tons of reasons. People grow apart. Take each other for granted. Don't have consideration for the other person's feelings. They cheat and lie. Etc. etc.

There are a lot of reasons why relationships don't work out.
Way too broad of a question to answer.
