Not true.
Feeling old is an imaginary feeling.
There are several people who feel old at very young age due to diseases and/or mental problems.
If we think that our dream cannot be fulfilled then we are thinking that we are ole.
If we think that we cannot evolve/learn more then we have regrets and feel old.
It is a matter of - is the glass half empty or half full?

That makes a lot of sense. I try to never focus on my regrets. It is useless. But then again I'm only 25.

No, I feel old because my balance is going and I have arthritic pains and I feel wobbly on my pins at times. there is no age limitation on people being paralysed with regrets. I have met them at all ages old and young. I have met people who embrace the notion of death by living life full on and others who sink. I think it all depends upon your outlook and self expectation.

No, I think we start feeling old when our bodies begin to visibly decay, our favorite music is being played on the oldies station, popular culture no longer cares about what we want, and we start getting frustrated with "young people".

Meh... the nightmares make me feel tired at times even a lil ole but... ya I agree... tis why I have only one regret... thus far.
