first you need to pick out what kind of Tarrot cards you want to read. Then find a good book on the subject so you can learn all the diffrent meanings of the cards. Then with a bit of pratices and time you should be raeding them in time.
When I first learned how to read them and runes I was lucky enough that it was passed down to me at a young age by my Grandmother she taught me the art of it.But she also taught me that each card has diffrent meanings too and that when reading them you should follow your heart on what you are feeling from them. IMHO- I beleive that this is the true gift of it all and you can open yourself up to receive it with understanding the cards. Good luck.

Reading tarot is part knowledge of what the cards mean, part knowledge of how they should fit together and another part sensing issues about the person you're reading for. The only way to know the first two things is to get a reliable book and study their meanings until you have them memorized, then try to do practice readings until you get the hang of what they mean when they're put together. The sensing thing you'll have to either have or not. It's not really something you can study, but it is a talent most people have even if they don't know it. Try to develop this because this is going to tell you more than the cards will. The cards are just an aid, not a true predicition source.
Incidentally, if a card is upside down when it is dealt, it can have a reverse meaning from what it would normally mean if it is right side up. There are also several different formations you can put the cards in and each one has a different effect and impact on the cards and the details you get.
I should also add that the cards should just be for fun. I've read them and used to get some really accurate readings from them...some of them were for people I had never see face to face before and hit things dead on. However, it isn't reliable and is subjectable to a person's free will to change whatever path their future is currently on. Also, if you were thinking about charging for the readings eventually, this might not be a good idea. I've read that profiting from a natural gift like that is sort of like bad karma and I've seen enough to think it might be true. Use your best judgment, though.

To put any meaning on which card turns up , is the height of stupidity and stupid superstition .
Read someone's tarot six or seven times , one after the other . He will have that many different futures . If the cards could be trusted , at all , the same card would continue to come up each time. Even if you did it a hundred times in a row .

I do tarot readings and find it easier for other people for myself I tend to just pick one card to focus on for any day that I feel like doing it. if I wanted a reading I would go to a friend.
I don't read tarot to predict the future only to look at possibilities and present energies and what might be difficult now. So my consultations, which I never charge for, tend to be more like counselling sessions with random images to focus the attention.

Tarot cards are just a tool used by psychics. So, if you are not psychic, it will just be an exercise. There are many books available on tarot.

Tarot cards are a parlor trick.
The readings come from the reader, not the cards, so there is no wrong answer here (except for demons and such).

its a jinn that tells the person about you , every human has a jinn and a guardian angel and your jinn is with you all the time and he knows everything about you so when the person reading the cards is really being told by your jinn about your personal life - thats how they know about your age, children and all of that
