I believe marriage will not be abolished -- since marriage was established, as part of God's Perfect Plan, before mankind sinned. I do believe there will be no new marriages consummated in Heaven during the 1,000 years of the Millennial Sabbath Rest for the earth.
Matthew 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."
Thus, I believe that in the New Earth there *will* be new marriages officiated by God, Himself, once God has placed mankind back into His Perfect Plan.

29Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. 31But about the resurrection of the dead—have you not read what God said to you, 32'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'[a]? He is not the God of the dead but of the living."

Matthew 22:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Marriage is a partial union with a part of what God is.
In the afterlife we are connected to each and every part of God, so special relationships like marriage are unnecessary.
It's like you are married to everyone, Get it?

Those that say Matthew 22 are correct, but to follow the teachings of Jesus a person must read all of the 4 Gospels to understand WHY ?
Jesus talks of Adultery in Matthew 5:28 That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Notice Jesus does not say a "married woman" but only a woman.
In Matthew 5:31 it says; Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
The reason why we are not to marry is given to us in Matthew 5:33
Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
A woman and a man in spirit is already engaged to me married to Jesus.
The flesh body is not alive, it is the spirit that gives the body life.
In the flesh once we choose a partner, we can not choose another or "lust" for another, we have already made our choice.
If we swear to God it is an oath, a promise. A promise once made can never be broken, it can only be "fulfilled"
How many times have you ever prayed the Lord's Prayer
Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven
This is the answer to your question, God the Father's will shall be done done on earth the same as it is in heaven.
There are no marriage is heaven.
Read Matthew 19:10 for more insight about what Jesus said to His disciple when they asked Him about marriage.
