The Rapture. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . no theological evidence or history of a pre or mid tribulation rapture theology such as ("poof" and Left behind) that was the dream of a fevered teenage girl in Europe less then 200 years ago, and a defrocked minister in Canada ran with it to start his own Church and the non denominational movement.
So NO don't hold your breath for it today or any day.
Actually insteadto be safe you should don a white robe and climb into the trees like the Millerites used to and wait. Wait a long time.

Why, man, you got a hot date or something?
As I understand it, the idea of 'the Rapture' is a bit of a non-Biblical get out of jail free card, isn't it? An interpretation designed to comfort people who think they're worthy of a front-row seat in Heaven, so they can believe they'll definitely get one.
Relax, and live the life you have right now. Otherwise if the Christian idea of a judgement day is true and it comes, what are you gonna say when the Big Cheese asks you "So, what did you do with YOUR life?" - "I waited for you"?

Nah, the rapture is just a scare tactic to keep the lower classes in line, just like the bible.

Didn't anyone tell you, the rapture happened last week. Jesus came and took all the worthy people to heaven.
All the Buddhists are gone.
Love and blessings Don

No, it won't. The "secret" rapture isn't even Biblical:

Oh, how I wish that it would!
And yet I can't help but think about all the non-believers that would be left on earth to go through the Tribulation period.
