In answer to the question from many of you: I'm not in church because it doesn't start for another three hours. And, I realize that church is just a building, but God admonishes us believers to not forsake gathering together regularly.Thanks, all of you, for your responses.

Because the church has little or nothing to offer me. It's turned more into a lobbiest group that is only interested in my money, and telling me who to vote for.

Dang! It's only 6:55 here. I still have to clean my house up a bit, make some brown bag puppets as samples for my Sunday Schoolers pre-school craft, shower and dress - and then I'll get there by 10:15.
I like going to church. If I didn't - the reason I'd be home would be that I didn't like church - and home is just as good a place to practice my Spirituality.

I went to church this morning, even though I don;t believe in god, because I'm a Young Leader with Guides so I had to go anyway...and also I think it's important to remember those who died.
Although I'd've rather done that at home, personally.

Church is not a building. God is everywhere and working through everything (anybody who believes in a god would know that). So, I'm always in church. You?

Church starts a 10 am., I will be there the good Lord willing at 10 am.

Because I have to work 11:30-6:30 and none of the services for my church are at a time that would enable me to still go.

Because I'll be in church tomorrow night - we have sunday AND Monday worship, and I'm at my father's house for the weekend- he doesn't go to church.

Because I try to follow Christian principles. Tolerance, forgiveness, peace, and I have yet to find a Church where the congregation shares these principles.
