I agree with Paolo and Miche. ....in the digital age, where people can gather electronically over great distances in real time.....this becomes an electronic gathering place.
A church is not a building. A church is the people.
The people are the church.
This is a valid gathering place for people.
Remember that in the future, when people live on space stations, "going to church on Sunday" will not be much of an option. Electronic gatherings such as you see the beginnings of right here will be very important.

Can't speak for anyone but myself but I will be leaving for Sunday School hour in about 30 minutes (starts at 10:00 a.m.), followed by preaching hour at 11:00. This is just a brief interlude with my morning coffee while the rest of my family and I are getting ready for church. And lest you think that this is somehow violating my "day of worship and rest", I find it very restful to contemplate and respond spritual questions in a way that might somehow be a blessing to others.
I would encourage everyone to find a local congregation to worship with this morning.
God bless you!

I am not under law, I am under Grace. It is written that we shouldn't judge others by what day or time they go to Church.
I plan to go to the 11:00am service at http://www.riveroflifefellowship.org
I learn a bit of the Word of God when I do religion/spirituality Q&A on Yahoo Answers.
I just got picked a best answer on a deap question about the Judgment seat of Christ. I learned as I had answered that question. And then others had some god answers also. But one person thinks there is going to be just one judgment day.

Well as a Christian who quit going to church five years ago - because I found it to be a hindrance not a help in my own spiritual growth and development of relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ - Yahoo Answers has become a "church" of sorts to me - a place where I can fellowship with believers and unbelievers alike - to learn and grow - to question and challenge - to defend, debate, discuss -

You seem to forget that there are twenty-four time zones on our planet Earth. Not just the one you live in. So you don't know where our answers are coming from. And some of us study at home anyway.

It's still early where I am - maybe they don't have church services at 7 in the morning.
