What is huile oil for oil painting?

It was sold as colorless painting medium, will quicken drying process . To give luminosity and depth to the paint film and is ideal for painting a smooth flat areas. It is written huile oil If huile means oil that means it is oil oil? That still doesn't explain what the oil comes from.

It is a medium to help you thin the oil paint so it will move easier on your canvas
