Get in the shower and do what you need to do, wash your body, shampoo/condition your hair, brush your teeth, shave your legs/pits and GET OUT. It really should not take more than 10-15 minutes.
After getting out of the shower, you need to lotion your entire body!
Cheers

I like to stay in shower for at least 30 minutes if i am not in a hurry to go somewhere .... sometimes I can take as little as 10 minutes for a shower and sometimes as long as 2-3 hours when I took the cd player in the washroom and was actually listening to the songs and dancing ... that was fun ... my mom actually had to break in with a key cuz she thought I had passed out or died or something, lol ...

I really don't know, but I would say 30 minutes is too long, and 45 and over is just ridiculous.

A good shower should be enough to saturate the ground to about 1 inch in depth.

you shouldn't shower for more than 20 minutes. It will dry up your skin.

20 minutes or more I'd say, you start to get very tired then and are tired for the rest of the day, and you have extremely dry skin!

I don't know if there is such a thing. If it feels good and I still have hot water, I'll stay.
