Do you have a male with her? If not the eggs are not fertile so don't worry about it. If she does have a mate still no need to worry parakeets will generally start sitting on the eggs after the 2nd or 3rd egg. If she is still not sitting after the 3rd egg you may have to incubate them.

It is not unusual for a female parakeet to lay eggs. However, unless there is a male in the cage with the female, the egg is not fertile. If you remove the egg, she will eventually lay another. Your best bet is to leave the egg in the cage. Parakeets can also become egg-bound which means the egg forms within her body and stays there. When this happens, the female can become very ill and even die. Just leave the egg there for a while which will keep her from producing another egg right away.

I'm not going to go over a male's needed to fertilize them, I assume you have one and are expecting these eggs to hatch by your question.

Most will not start to sit on the eggs until 2-3 are laid, it's perfectly fine, they can still hatch that way. Give them a couple more days, see if they lay anymore then start to incubate.

It's also very common that if the bird is young, she doesn't know what to do. A lot of first time hens will just not sit on the eggs, or not properly incubate them. Don't worry it happens.
If that's the case, it's very hard to properly incubate eggs, so don't feel bad if they don't end up sitting on them or hatching them out. There's a good chance the eggs might not even be fertile anyway if the birds are young.

As mentioned no male no hatch. Also, just because there a male not mean the eggs are fertile.
But, here what you can do. Carry them around in your shirt pocket until they hatch. Yea, I know sounds crazy. We did this a long time ago for a school project with fertile chicken eggs. Your body temperature keep them warm. Spray with some warm water every day. This keep the egg moist so the shell not stick to the bird when it born.
If in a few days the eggs begin to smell bad they no good.

The female parakeet or any bird will not sit on the eggs that are not fertile. They seems to know if the eggs are different. Birds will ignore or kick out the infertile eggs because it may not have a heart beat.
