Why is it that you are watching her do this? You are asking a lot of questions about the bit ch moving the pup, but what are you doing to stop her from doing that?
Clearly, there is an issue. You need to deal with it before she hurts the puppy. Then, get her spayed because she is clearly to nervous a mother and should not be bred again!!!!

A mother dog has instinct to carry her pups around to keep them safe and close to her. Does the pup yelp or cry when the mother carries it around like that? If not then don't worry about it. The mother will stop once the pup is up and moving around and still staying close to mom. I have a 6 month old pup and she drags her mom around and when the mom has enough she barks at her and she stops bothering mom. It's their nature.

she obiusly doesnt know how teach her to and if she dont learn you take care of the poor pup

Please get your dog spayed. You should have had her spayed before she had this litter. Both you and the mom is nervous.

How old is the mom?
