My husband also snores very loudly and all three of our girls slept in our room for the first three months with no problems. In fact, my husband got less sleep than the babies did (lol)!!!

If you have a new baby, the last sound you have to worry about is loud snoring! You won't have enough time to fall asleep for more than a short while anyway and neither will your husband.

I used to hoover when my new born was sleeping and she never budged!! But to get a good nights sleep for you - say to your husband that you have mentioned his snoring to the health visitor and she says the baby will be affected so tell him not to be grumpy when you smack him in the back to shut him up!!

Probably not. The inside of your uterus is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner... lol. Generally, if you start out putting baby to sleep with some noise around him/her, they will have no problem with it. If you get them used to absolute silence, watch out!

yes, if your baby goes to sleep with a constant snorer
later in life he won't be able to sleep unless someone is
snoring.
