Well crust is only the more burned part of bread, so technically bread can make your hair grow shiny.

And yes it can, if the bread contains folates or vitamins essential for health and growth.

Well I never heard that one, I heard that bread crust has more fiber than the rest of the bread I don't even know if that is true or just mother trying to economize, I didn't care it always was my favorite part of the bread.

If you want shiny hair depending on the type of hair you have, you need to find out if you have, thin hair, dry hair, oily hair or just normal hair, if you have split ends chances are your hair is drying out, use a oil treatment once every two weeks, VO5 is good but you can use others, follow the directions, you will notice a healthier shinier look, also eating and drinking high in vitamins c and d will help your hair and nails look better.

don'g forget to comb hair when it is wet, brushing it will damage it when wet, especially if it is thin, start at the bottom to avoid tangles and comb it through if it is long, it is different rules for short hair.
