I am hoping eventually to change this habit through food, and get the proper amount of fiber that way, but until that goal was fully achieved, I was wondering if there are any fiber supplements in pill form, and if so, if anyone has any they would recommend.

You can get fiber supplements in pill form, but they really aren't worth the money. A whopping great tablet will only contain 2 grams at most. When you're meant to be consuming 20 grams of fiber a day, that's a lot of tablets!
It's much easier to try to include a few high-fiber food sources in your diet!

It would be better for you (and cheaper) to just eat an apple or two every day. You'll get more fiber, and some nutrition, too.
