Firefox is a web-browser such as internet explorer or Safari. Firefox is quicker than internet explorer and any other blowser and it is free. You can get one at www.firefox.com. But you should not unistall internet explorer as it is used to download some files from microsoft.com which only supports internet explorer compatibility. Firefox is gaining a lot of reputation over the years as there are small add-ons where you can download from firefox.com which are very helpful. (for example you can download youtube videos to your hard disk)

Firefox is a browser. It is use to access the Internet. Just like Internet Explorer. It will not clean up your computer. I feel is is safer and faster than IE. Especially after a few tweaks for speed. If you want to clean up unwanted files you can use the programs below.
Run RegScrubXP weekly. Run Cleanup every time you log off.
Download RegScrubXP--http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?d...
Safely cleans junk out of the Windows 2000/XP system registry. All changes made to the registry are fully restorable to it's original condition. You can make an exclusion list of registry entries that RegScrubXP will not display as problems. You can sift through a list of file extensions, company names, run upon startup programs, Internet Explorer history, and uninstall programs to delete what you think is junk.
Download CleanUp---http://www.stevengould.org/software/clea...
Free disk space, make your computer run better/faster and protect your privacy - all in one easy solution. All for free!
Now lets clean up your disk.
Run a Disk Cleanup 2 times a month. Run Disk Defrag. monthly.
Do a Disk Cleanup and Disk Defrag. You can find both of them by following the path below.
Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>Disk Cleanup. Let it do its thing. You can check every box that has something to delete.
Now follow the same path and do a Disk Defrag. Again just let it do its thing.

Firefox is a BROWSER. Some use Netscape, some use
Internet Explorer and some use Firefox. I use Internet Explorer and Firefox. I downloaded firefox to see what it was. I really have no problem with any browser software but always love to see new bells and whistles on any application.
claims its faster and makes your online experience more secure.

Firefox is a web browser like internet explorer. Though many people, myself included, think its far superior. There are fewer security risks and there is a huge array of various plugin programs that you can download for free to customize your firefox browser. To delete cookies/files, in firefox you can press ctrl+shift+delete and it will give you the option of which files you want to remove. Download it free from here:

Firefox is similar to Internet Explorer; they're both net browsers. You use it the same way you use IE, but firefox' look and features can be customized with plug-ins (small programs you download, and they associate themselves with the 'mother' program). You can learn more at their site at www.mozilla.com/firefox =D

It's an internet browser that's simpler, faster and way less trouble than Internet Explorer. You can go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
download and install it. Then you just use it like you would Internet Explorer.
