Ok,
The question is flawed, there are more than 2 choices than "little rays of sunshine" or "demon posessed".
First off, if it is a flower garden, the error most people make, is to prefer on object over another.
How about the qualifier "all". You then assume if any athiests are demon posessed, they "all" are. Now for the word "just", it seems that demon posession is a common . Is it?
You know, a lot of people here think Christians are just believing fairy tales, and that the children of God, as they often refer to themselves as, are really just children.
An athiest has the skepticism that allows him or her to see fact, as opposed to hocus pocus. The eyes of an athiest can see clearly, and taunting or antagonizing them does not further your Christian cause, and isn't furthering the cause you job???
If you would like to show people that your path is the right one, maybe you should not judge others, and be a shining example of what being a Christian is really about.
I have another belief system, and I don't have any problems with atheists, because I am comfortable with my spirituality. You should ask yourself if you are.

particular, I basically have been given Poppy, a 9 week-previous beagle domestic dog. She's filling a huge void left via the dying of my lab a pair of weeks in the past. that is like having a clean toddler in the living house-- in no way a lifeless 2d. The cat basically ran in the trail of the room with Poppy on his decrease back keeping tight to the cat's collar. What a hoot! i understand you will relish your Lucy. She's lovable.

From memory Gods original rules of enguagement with Satan stated that man was to have his own free will to choose if he they are to be good or evil. Both sides are to use subtlety to co-erse man to their way of thinking. Simply possessing someone does not poison their soul as they have not wilfully given themselves to the darkside. So no... By the rules of the game between god and satan atheists are not demonically possessed as Satan wants their souls.
On another note. Why do you believe non belief is so evil? does a kindly and good non believer deserve to spend eternity with molesters theives and murderers? Why do you believe god created man with an analytical mind then told him dont analyse simply believe?

Err....a "ray of sunshine" really doesn't describe my personality at all. Demons are imaginary, but I'd still kinda like the Christians to go with that.

Not another silly statement. There is no such thing as demon possession it is 'to have a demon.' And it is probable that we all have little evil powers living within us. But they are not causing you much trouble - are they?
