I did not read your previous question but I guess you simply want advice to sleep better. I sometimes suffer from anxiety, and here is what helps me best, without pills:
1. Take long, deep breaths. It slows the heart beat. I used to feel a warmth throughout my whole body, this is normal.
2. Drink Orange Blossom (very hot) or Valeriane herbal tea. It helps relax before you go to bed.
3. Take a hot bath. It knocks me right out.
4. Listen to self-hypnosis tape. It is called "Relieves Stress and Anxiety" and you can find it at www.thepotentialsunlimited.com
It works even if you do not have anxiety.
5. Get into meditation and yoga classes. You will learn A LOT of relaxation techniques. Or you can get a book on it.
6. Self-help classes would also help. Maybe you cannot sleep because you have unresolved issues in your life and if you dig inside yourself you will find stuff that will amaze you.
7. As weird as it sounds, stay away from refined sugar, coffee and negative people.
8. Do physical exercise. It stimulates the endorphins in your brain, endorphins are the pleasure hormone that are released when you exercise, listen to music or do pleasant activities.
9. Find your passion. Life is much better when you are working towards a goals that you have at heart, and if you cannot sleep you can always get up and work on it, like writing poetry, painting, etc.
10. Get a massage. Put relaxing music on; get an essential oil diffuser or put Lavender essential oil on your pillow, about 2 drops. The smell is very comforting.

Hi Jessica, I've read your previous question. Firstly I want to reiterate the advice about not panicking. Get a test and then you will know and you can go forward from there. You are young and strong and whatever you decide you will be able to deal with it. Good luck and I hope the test is negative.
