I bought this cable named "USB 2.0 cable device" after someone from Challenger shop recommend me, but now he also don't know which software they have to use to connect laptop with desktop.
So it will be great if you can please tell me which software I need to install to connect my laptop with desktop, I had already bought that cable so please tell me how to use it.

Did the cable not come with instructions on it's use ?
If not, TAKE IT BACK, and complain.
They recommended a product without being able to advise on it's USE ! Go back, demand a replacement with instructions if it didn't have them, or other help !

Windows Network wizard may be able to do this, but I haven't tried that one. There are quite a few sites with step by step info. Link to one below.
