I use a lot of different bodyweight exercises. I still rely on the classical three. Just wondering which one's do you guys use.

Besides some of the other good answers we sometimes do tricep dips using a chair. You sit on the edge of the the seat, slide yourself forward and off of it with your legs extended out in front of you, feet on the floor, bent at the waist still. You then dip down at least three fourths of the way and then push back up with your arms lifting your butt back up to where it is even with the seat of the chair.

Have you checked out Matt Furey's literature?
He is all about body weight exercises. ie. Hindu squats, bridging, Hindu pushups, inverted pushups, etc.

lunges, sit ups, mountain climbers, leg lifts, jumping jacks, bear crawl, crab walk, step/hill climbing...
grab a book on calisthenics. there are a million exercises that will challenge you.

one armed chin ups
muscle ups
handstand push ups
