I practice buddist meditation and don't spend much time all all in the idea of ultimate enlightenment. I am wiser more contented and more skillful here and now which is really the point the way In see it. I started seeing a difference after my first sitting and have steady improvement ever since. All this sounds pretty arrogant but none of what I have expirienced is to my credit these things are available right now to anyone with proper motivation.
