I would start with a cake which you can get decorated at almost any grocery store.
Walmart has a party area usually by the cards where you can get matching princess plates, cups, napkins, toys, and misc stuff
My baby sis loves this princess stuff and we got almost everything there. They evern had a pack of 12 princess rings with lip gloss in it.
Princesses love to play dress up too, so maybe you could have a little dress up before the party with all of the little girls.
Do all the clothes and makeup and make them each look like their own little princess.
You dont need to spend tons of money to do this, be creative. Make little crowns and stuff out of construction paper and beads. Or have the girls make their own crowns!!
You could also add a little play jewelry!
Good Luck. Sounds like it could be fun!!! I think I would have a blast planning a girls party. I have a boy though so I will have to work on those skills :)

I threw a princess themed party for my daughter, though she was only 3! I set up a pretty table with gems down the middle as decoration, the I went to the dollar store and bought a lot of pink plates, plastic goblets, princess napkins, etc. We ate all pink food. My daughter wanted breakfast for dinner, so we ate pink waffles (made in a Cinderella-shaped waffle pan), pink eggs, and pink milk. It was a huge hit. We ended it with a princess cake and pink ice cream. For favors, I bought everyone a princess mylar balloon to decorate the house, and let them take them home at the end of the party. Good luck!

Get those paper tiaras and crowns and have all the princess decorate their own tiaras with plastic gems and other fun things.
You could also use the same idea for a design your own fairy/princess wand, they can chose the color of the ribbons and so on.

Party City has quite a few princess party decorations. Most of them are geared to very young children though.

I saw this the other day and it has been in my mind ever since. It would be too much for me and it would need to be a party for several kids. "Traffic Lights"
Make up a batch of lime jelly and pour some into glasses and cool in fridge and add a slice of white fruit ( pear or banana) and then some orange jelly.
Use a thick slice of green Kiwi fruit peeled and top with some red jelly, raspberry.
