You can simmer on low and the water will evaporate and the dish will thicken or add a slurry of cornstarch of arrowroot mixed with water (thicken upon boiling) or take out a about 1/2 cup of beans, mash them up and add them back.

It's an easy problem to fix, it will be fine!

Instead of making it more difficult and adding stuff (corn starch, flour, roux or other thickeners, or more beans) just simply ladle out the excess water.

Let it simmer to thicken and traditional refried been some of the beans are smashed to give it a thicker consistency.

Add more beans or start over! Nothing worse than cornstarch and flour in your refried beans. yuk

keep cooking on a low heat with the top off... some of that liquid will evaporate. Microwave might be quicker...
corn starch or flour may make it grainy

Add just a little bit of cornstarch that should bring it up to a decent consistency. Good Luck!!!

A little Corn Starch might help.

Better yet, a dab of Flour will help and hardly no taste.
