how do i get rid of the chills?

my head is hot. and my body is cold.i'm shaking a lil.how do i get rid of it.
i got out of the hospital about 4 days ago. (pancretitis)

Take your temperature. If > 101 call your doctor. Take some Tylonel if your doctor said it's ok.

Sometimes when nothing seems to warm me up, I get in a warm bath until the heat gets to my bones and then I bundle up and get in bed. Take tylenol. Call the doctor if it doesn't go down tomorrow.
