In a truely Islamic society women have the following rights in Islam:
1. The right and duty to obtain education.

2. The right to have their own independent property.

3. The right to work to earn money if they need it or want it.

4. Equality of reward for equal deeds.

5. The right to express their opinion and be heard.

6. The right to provisions from the husband for all her needs and more.

7. The right to negotiate marriage terms of her choice.

8. The right to obtain divorce from her husband, even on the grounds that she simply can't stand him. (pls note that God deeply frowns upon divorce as a solution unless there is hardly any other alternative but it does not mean that men have more right to divorce their wives than women do.)

9. The right to keep all her own money (she is not responsible to maintain any relations).

10. The right to get sexual satisfaction from her husband.

11. custody of their children after divorce.

12. to refuse any marriage that does not please them

and more...

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/VtHvK

First, we could address the male marriage practices. A Muslim guy could marry any lady who's of the judeo-christian religions which consists of all sects of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. it rather is barely whilst a woman of a non-judeo-christian faith, including Hinduism or Buddhism is to marry a Muslim guy that she ought to transform. it rather is via the fact adherents of Judaism, Christianity and Islam all worship a similar singular god. As for women, in a strict Koranic view of Muslim marriage, it could be prohibited for a woman to marry a non-Islamic guy till he converts. it rather is via the fact the guy is seen the chief of the family contributors and the family contributors's religious doings, and as such it could be available for the female to be dissuaded from her Muslim historical past and perception shape. An exemption that has been touted over the century by utilising different religious pupils is that if a guy is upheld in the community to a intense degree that his non-Muslim prestige has little bearing upon his "righteousness and capacity to grant a Muslim upbringing for his spouse and childrens" the daddy of the Muslim lady has the discretion to no count number if or not his daughter could marry the non-Muslim. it rather is even nonetheless constrained to those of the judeo-christian religions without exception for different religions without conversion.

Why ask this provocative question, then restrict answers to muslims only? This is a public site, perhaps if your faith is so fragile you cannot tolerate opposing opinions you should stick to Islamic sites where only muslims post? Women's rights in Islam are whatever their husband or father decide they are. What of the laws of inheritance in the Qu'ran that favour sons to the detriment of the widow? Or the generally accepted view that widowed or divorced women are 'sullied'? How about female genital mutilation, is that a right muslim women enjoy? The stoning rule that if you can free yourself, you can go free - yet women are buried up to their necks to cover their breasts whilst men are buried up to their waist. How many women do you think extricate themselves compared to men? What of the punishment under sharia if you are in the same room as a man you are not related or married to? There is only inequality and subjugation, yet you appear to believe it's for your own good. How sad.
And yes I have read the three translations of the Qu'ran and the hadiths and I continue to research so I do know what I'm talking about.

If your spouse says "I have fallen out of love with you" don't panic. It doesn't mean your marriage is over. It doesn't even mean they don't love you. How to get your spouse to love you again https://tr.im/gOSem

What it does mean is that your spouse has lost their way, or doesn't understand the many stages love and a relationship goes through.

You are being called to take charge of the situation, guide your spouse towards understanding this process, and even begin to rekindle your relationship.

The key to success is in understanding what is happening in your marriage and the role that love plays. It's very easy for us to connect losing the feelings of being in love with actual loving when it is not really the case.

Muslim rose I can not believe some of these ignorant answers
people need to stop believing everything they hear in Zionist owned media damn I'm so annoyed!!
My sisters go out do whatever they want just like a non-Muslim...and they CHOSE to wear their scarves because its part of their religion..PLUS some Muslim girls don't even wear scarves so STFU you ignorant closed minded freaks!
PLUS doesn't it say in the bible that girls must wear a scarf and not drink but OF COURSE Christian people just love to pick and choose what parts of their religion they want to follow!!
In the bible it says they have to cover up!Christians believe that the Old Testament laws were meant for Jewish people. They believe that Jesus brought a new understanding of how they should live and what is important in life.
Damn Altered book!

i find it very funny that women who are not muslim think we are not treated as equals or are forced to wear clothing that we choose to wear. just b/c i choose to cover my body and not have everyone looking at it is my choice. believe it or not when men ask me why we cover this way they have more respect for me and muslim women. what i have is for my husband to see and for my LORD not anyone else. also while you're out busting your butts to work and pay the bills i get to stay home and enjoy spending time w/my friends learning, eating and just plain hanging out. my husband works and provides what i need so that i don't have to so if anything you're the repressed ones. no one forces us to be muslim. we can walk awy if we choose to. but just like you believe wht you do,we have the right our beliefs. it's ignorant people like you that make me proud and happy that i am no longer a hypocrital christian.

asaalaamu-alaikum,sis. if you search yahoo groups there are plenty of groups aimed at sisters, like salafisisters .you don't have to be salaf to join. it's just a group for sisters seeking knowledge. ignore these ignorant fools. we know the truth.

again it's funny to be when non muslims try to quote from the qu'ran and educate us in our religion when they don't even follow their book. all of the craziness comes from men not knowing their religion and people innovating it as well and from culture. maybe those muslim women should learn what their religion and rights are and then they would know what's correct and what is ignorance.

I have read much on islam....and what I read is not what I see and hear. Your islam is as questionable as christianity.

On the whole of it, I don't want any part of either.

Salam

Ricardo EAT ME! MORON!

If they are guided by Allah SWT then they have a pios husband he will give her more than any women on the face of the earth could ever want on all fronts. Unfortunatly we don't have too many pios brothers that have learned to put their pride aside and understand the women is the protector and he is the provider. That is the way of Allah SWT he taught us through Muhammed SAW and Adam had a rib made into Eve because his heart is under the ribs and she protects his heart and he runs the earth for even a gum ball if she asked! That is the truth about Islamic marriages but what you see on tv and hear from groups are of the bad news and you never hear the good news.

Bad news runs in Ricardos home as you can see, hey Ricardo please tell me where you live so I can come and cut your nuts off and feed it to the lions, please don't reproduce you ignorant reject!
