It might not be allregies but, unless you are diabetic or have dietary needs that require you to intake only artificial sugar, you should not drink diet anything. Its called "diet" because it contains no real sugar, but an artificial sweetener made from chlorine. It's unnatural and can eventually give you health problems, including diabeties. If you want to lose weight and turned to diet pop instead of regular, you are not doing yourself any favours, in the long run you are actaully making it worse than if you drank only regular pop.

That could be! I have stayed away from soda all together and lost 10 lbs. Diet soda never helped anyone lose weight. I am so much healthier drinking just water and juices. Give it a try. Good luck.
