Saturated fat is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. Saturated fat is found mostly in foods from animals and some plants. Foods from animals include beef, beef fat, veal, lamb, pork, lard, poultry fat, butter, cream, milk, cheeses and other dairy products made from whole and 2 percent milk. All of these foods also contain dietary cholesterol. Foods from plants that contain saturated fat include coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil (often called tropical oils), and cocoa butter.
High cholesterol causes high blood pressure. The best thing for high cholesterol is Losing weight. A plant-based diet in conjunction with a properly conducted fast most often leads to a total recovery or a vast improvement in hypertension and angina.

Cholesterol is needed by your body in order for it to function so you do not want to eradicate it completely. You just want to keep the numbers (done by blood test) in a normal range throughout your lifetime. This is done by proper diet and exercise.

seeing as how your body also produces it's own cholesterol, you would have to kick the bucket to stop it completely. the best thing to do is eat right and exercise to lower your levels. sometimes there is absolutely nothing you can do about it because your own body is producing more than you need to be healthy. but there are a lot of studies going right now that show it is the cholesterol we produce within ourselves that is the most dangerous form. so to answer your question, you just can't do it.

You cannot and you must not eradicate cholesterol level but of course you can reduce the level just not eating those fatty things; dairy products, red meat, soups from red meat, too much fat, ghee, butter, cheese and many more, you can have the list from your surgery. To balance your diet you may have to add few things from veg, non-veg and fruits. The list is endless.

You will very quickly die if you "eradicate cholesterol from your blood", silly goose! For good health, you need to have the right BALANCE of HDL and LDL...

Eat right, get plenty of exercise, and don't stress your liver out by drinking to much alcohol. If you still have elevated cholesterol, it may be genetic, & you will need drugs to treat it.

Ask your doctor!

The remarks by cluckincom are very relevant. Cholesterol is a very debatable subject. Basically because it is based on financial gain and not on bodily health.
I add a link, with references at the foot, which may have matters of interest for you - and anybody else who seeks enlightenment on the subject.

Unless you have heart disease already drugs are unnecessary and just eating a normal well balanced diet and getting a bit of exercise should keep the balance OK!
