That depends on what you consider to be "exotic". Italian food is made with certain ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, italian cheese, etc. because that is what naturally occurs there. That would make it exotic to other parts of the world.

At this point and age I'd say no, but if you went to Italy and you ate the food there it would be very exotic. Especially the way they make fish yum yum.
