I just wanted to say Thank you to all the men and women who are serving or who have served in our Military. Thank you for serving our Country, thank you to your families who let you go unselfishly, thank you for risking your lives. Thank You for being willing to fight the good fight.
In the world we live in so many people are not for you but against you. That is not the case here. I appreciate all you do, all you have left behind, all you have lost.
If I could shake your hand in person I would. Since I can't, I send you my gratitude, my love and my appreciation for all you do.
For those who are not in the Armed Forces, the next time you see a Solider in uniform or a Vet ( you will know them by the hats they wear) shake their hand and say Thank you.
God Bless you all.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you,
Jesus Christ and the American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom

Thank you all for the answers I hate having to pick who the best one is. How can you choose between these when most of you served our Country?
You are all awesome, I am Thankful and greatful to each one of you.
Have a special day tomorrow and know I'll be praying for you.
God Bless You and God Bless America. Land that I love!

I agree. We are so numbed by how good we do have it. They don't... our servicemen and women suffer and its a suffering that brings the peace... and yes, the irony, that Christ suffered too and for our peace. I don't do enough, say enough, pray enough for our armed forces. They are our human angels. Thanks for all that you do for each and every one of us.... and thanks to your families.

Well honey, saying 'Thank You' and 'Thanks' doesn't make any difference though as they are all the same. It's only the way you say it and the tone used that will tell the difference in whether one is sincere on saying the 2 phrases. To me, it's already a habit from young that whenever someone helped me or give me a gift, I will say 'Thank You' or 'Thanks' as polite as I can to make the sender or assistant feel happy though. That may help us more as we can help each other and stay as friends too. If I were to be the sender and people were to say either 'Thank You' or 'Thanks', I will gleefully reply 'You're Welcome' or 'It's My Pleasure' so as to give people the impression that I'm someone whom people wants to meet though. I am a Singaporean who speaks English most of the time though. Furthermore, English has been Internationally recognised and Singapore is one whereas majorities speak English. Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

A big Amen ! I completly agree. Our country has fought & died for the cause of freedom more than all the other countries put together. ( Fred Thompson ) , & I am proud of our country *& believe it's still the best place to be.
I also agree that it's 2 causes worth giving your life for. Jesus Christ , Country & our Family. , this is the thing that makes & exhalts a nation. ( Solomon.)
God Bless you for your Good Question.

Thank you for your support. It's nice to know there are still people out there who support the men and women of the armed forces. The men and women of the armed forces dont do it for the money or the glory. They do it to help defend every last American. Even those who are brain washed by the media. At the end of the day it comes down to Duty, Houner, Counrty, and Loved Ones.

Actually the thanks should go out to people like you who make it honorable for us to serve and do our job. It makes it gratifying knowing we are all making our country even greater than it already is. But, you are very welcome!!

You're welcome... and thank you, too. Nice to know we're still appreciated by a few people whose judgment hasn't been clouded by petty domestic politics...
