Melt it through a sieve

Melt the chocolate bar over a pan of hot water or microwave and pour out the melted chocolate into a warmed shallow bowl, or warmed deep saucer.

If you don't have a suitable sieve then very carefully use a fork to filter out the nuts as you pour.

With luck they'll stay in the pan but any that get through can be hoiked out of the saucer.

Melt it in a bowl over a pan of hot water, remove the nuts, put the melted chocolate in the fridge and wait a couple of hours for it to solidify.

Or pop down to the local co-op and buy a plain Dairy Milk.

Swap it with someone elses chocolate that doesnt have nuts in ! If you cant do this, just break it into bits...the nuts do actually come out quite easily because they are big

Here's the fool-proof guide: throw your Cadbury's chocolate in the bin where it belongs, go to your nearest decent shop and buy some Green and Black's.
