yes. I'm vegan. and my protein level is good! brown rice is better for you though. add garlic to the rice when you cook it. its healthy and it tastes really good.

This website tells you all the vitamins and nutrients in the food. It is a website of the top most healhist foods. I put in on the page that lists a few. You go down and click on the bean you want...it will tell you a few of the essential vitamins and minerals in the bean type you selected daily values...you can also click on a more extensive list...that has EVERY single vitamin and mineral in the bean.

It only has brown rice though no white rice. The good thing is as another person stated you don't have to get all 12 amino acids at the same time...you can get them in different meals throughout the day and your body will put them together to make one. I'm sure it's pretty close though.

no. white rice has less protein and more carbohydrates. brown rice is much better if u want a complete supply of protein but white rice is good because carbohydrates give u the energy u need to supply u for the day. all beans have proteine.

Yep. You don't even have to eat them at the same meal to get your protein. You can have a veggie stir fry for lunch and a beany chili for dinner and still get ample protein.
