There are many foods available at the grocery which are suitable for vegetarians. Look in the frozen food section for all sorts of veggies (beans, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes) and there are frozen entrees that have everything you need for a good healthy meal.

There are lots of pastas you can make, with carefully boiling the water in the microwave, and sauce from a jar. You should have access to a fridge for leftovers and whatnot, though.

I don't know what your financial/transportation situation is, or what you can get away with keep/hiding in your dorm room, but there might be something else you can do. Walmart has this itty bitty single burner thing you can buy for under ten dollars, which you just plug into any outlet. If you had that and pot/pan, I'm sure you could come up with even more.

Just about anything. Combine a cup of rice with 2 cups of water, microwave high 5 minutes and on 1/2 power 15 minutes and you have days of rice. Buy fresh Zucchini and microwave for 60 seconds. Throw in an onion. Cans of Beans, Lentil soup, put in a potato for 6 minutes, cut corn, just buy lots of fresh veggies, rice and beans. Its easy

Hit the health food store. There are actually a lot of packaged, microwaveable vegetarian foods available. I am addicted to the Indian ones, and to Annie's pasta mixes. I only have a microwave and a hot plate.

Simply asia makes some really good ones but you have to look at the back to find out which ones are vegetarian. Soups are good and progresso has some really good soups. Canned beans and veggies, salads are good too. I like the pacifia or asian salad by fresh express. Annies spaghetti o's too.

If you don't have a kitchen, GET A MEAL PLAN. You need one or the other, or you will end up eating ramen and frozen dinners each day, which is very bad for your health.
