I have had no sexual experiences, never used drugs, never had a blood transfusion, and was not born with it. I have been vaccinated for hep b.

I do, however, work in a library where I sometimes process materials that could potentially have dried body fluids on them (like blood and maybe semen?). Do you think this puts me at risk for the diseases I mentioned?

Hepatitis A is ingested, so unless you are eating your library books, I doubt you will become infected
Hepatitis B is not a risk since you have been vaccinated.
Hepatitis C is passed along thru the blood via IV drug use, transfusions. Hep C can be passed thru sex rarely (<1%) and so If your using IV drugs you should stop now. Since you have never had sex, you dont have HIV.
I think your risk for Hepatitis/HIV is minimal.

The odds are almost nothing, you would probably be at the highest risk for Hep A, which is passed from fecal matter. You can get a vaccine to protect you from Hep A as well, but in the US, there is little risk. HIV cannot live outside of the body for very long, and Hep B you have already took protection against, Hep C, is another one that can only survive so long outside of the body. If you come in contact with wet fluids, wash you hands with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds.

The diseases you mentioned can only survive in a vaccuum. Therefore, as soon as they hit the air they die. That is why the diseases are spread mostly through mucous membranes or direct contact with blood.
