i'm 19 years old, i'm an athlete, and i think i have diabetes. the past year i have been having the urge to pee atleast once or twice an hour and i am always lightheaded and in need of sitting down. lately though i have been unable to eat sugary foods because i get this feeling like i have too much sugar in me than my body can handle. also i notice that my body parts "fall asleep" a lot quicker than they use too.

i know these are all side effects of diabetes, but they can also mean other things. i'm very scared that i might have diabetes. nobody else in my family has ever had the disease.

what kind of tests does the doctor give you & can you explain what you do, not just the name of them? (sorry im very nervous... that's why i think i'm just paranoid)

A simple blood test can give you the answer. You could actually be the opposite and be having low blood sugar problems. Tingling in the extremities can also be due to a vitamin deficiency. Go to your doctor or health clinic and ask for a general exam including blood work. If you are scared to do that, see if you have a pharmacist in your area who will do a finger stick blood test for blood sugar.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Go to the doctor. You will be given a blood test, the results of which will tell you pretty much what you have. It can be diabetes. Diabetes is not a death warrant. It is a condition which, if monitored correctly by you, can be kept under control for most of your life.

the test is quite simple. they will draw some blood from you put and test your blood sugar levels. they will require multiple checks to get a baseline of your blood sugar level and then decide what the best course of diet, medication and lifestyle is best for you. with the symptoms you are describing i would get to a doctor fast. hope this helps.

I think you are just paranoid, you are not exhibiting any signs of diabetes. You need to see a nutritionist and learn how to eat right and get enough protein so that you will feel better.
