if my cholesterol is 526/98 how bad is that

dude...you are in big trouble..
is the 98 the HDL,even though,total is off chart
are ya on statins,if not,rush to doc for an order and get on it

Your total cholesterol should be around 200 -- if the 98 is your HDL -- clap your hands thats awesome!! If the 526 is your total cholesterol -- watch your cholesterol, saturated fats and trans fats. Start exercising also. You should also incorporate soluble fiber into your diet.

didn't your Doctor said something to you about your cholesterol when he gave you the results???
anything total over 180 is high... get to Doctor and start watching your diet.
