one good thing is the regular taking of vitamin C.
atleast 1 a day. 2 much vitamin C won't cause you over dose. instead, if you took too much, you're just gonna pee all the excess vitamins you have taken. Vitamin is really good for our body. Not totally a medicine, but a supplement. Try it. It's 100% true. You'll notice it after 4 to 1 week regular taking of the medicine

There is surgery that can help, but could return at some future date. Knew a person years ago who had sinus problems on a continuous basis. Had the surgery and felt 100% better. Since then have lost contact. Doc didn't give her assurance that it wouldn't return. Like stated, she went for the surgery.

I myself have had sinus problems for years. Took over the counter sinus (non drowsy) tabs. They worked for me. Went to dentist twice for tooth ache and found out it was sinus, because sinuses can go down to tooth/teeth and feel like tooth ache. Took the 2 times to dentist to figure that out.

I'm now taking an antihistamine tab before bed time. The one thing I really noticed was sinus headaches went away. This was prescribed by my doctor. Asked her why and she said to breath easier. Sometimes one tab can improve two things. This is being found out more and more today.

The name of the med. is Fexofenadine 180 MG. Don't know if this is generic or not. Says to take once a day. I take is before bed time.

If you haven't, see a specialist..... Eyes, ears, nose, throat.

Hope I've been of some help. Know how you feel.

Fed up? Change your doctor. All doctors are not the same, if you have a doc you are not satisfied with get a new one. Ask friends and family if they know any good docs that will listen and try to help the situation. I have major sinus issues and have also had surgery, but my family praticioner and my ENT work together to help me go issue free 80% of the year. Find a doc that doesn't think he is god but accepts he/she is of the human persuasion.

My grandmother was constantly using saline solution to spray up her nose. I hear it keeps bacteria from settling in the sinus passages. You may want to invest in an air purifier for your room/home.

You should heat up some water to the boiling point. When vapor comes out, you should inhale as much vapor as you can. You may do it 4/5 times every day. You will find excellent results in one day. There is no side effect to this natural treatment. Will you please let me know the result ?
