Your bloodpressure is okay for your age. You heart racing like that is normal too. It's called tachycardia I experienced the same thing and was the medical manager for a cardiovascular surgeon. He explained that it's better that the heart is beating than if it stops. Nothing to worry about but make sure that you aren't getting anemic. Low iron can also cause your heart to race. When mine does it I cough to get it to stop and get it to beating normal. If you notice if you ever get excited about something your heart does it too, but you really don't notice it because your excited.

I would go check it out, nothing to get scared about your in the norm a bit high but not bad could be induced by stress but it doesn't hurt to see a doc. I have lived with high blood pressure my whole life just recently i went off meds. And i use to have have 24 hr monitors every once in a while. so make an appointment didn't just ignore it for what ever it is, it is better dealt with now then later. Take care mate

I don't really know what to say but go see a doctor. My dad has really bad blood pressure and the doctor gave him some pills. My friend had the same problem you have, his heart would start beating pretty fast out of nowhere when he was sitting down. He got some surgery and now hes ok.
I hope your ok and good luck.

Dude get it checked. That is not something you wanna mess with . I am 28 and have the blood pressure of a 60 year old with problems because I did not have my heart checked out when I was young and now I have hardening of the arteries and have to take meds that not only **** me up but cost me an arm and a leg. Just go to the doctor and tell him whats going on...

Your top number on the blood pressure is a little high, but not a problem. But keep an eye on it. Especially if you are only 16. As for the irregular heart beat, see your doctor ASAP. My mom has an irregular heart beat. It can cause a blood clot and a stroke.

Don't let a layman try to diagnose a situation. BP is good. Why don't you call the family doctor and see what he has to say about the fast heart beats and the back to normal sequence. It would pay to check it out even if it is just to ease your mind.

Do you drink lots of caffeine? That will make your heart beat fast. Sounds like you are having palpitations. If it gets worse go to the doctor. As far as your BP, "normal' is 120/80. I don't think your BP is bad.

130/80 is normal. Sounds like you are having palpitations. Could be mild panic attacks, but see a doctor to check for sugar problems or anything else.

Blood pressure ok. Anxiety attacks can make your heart beat fast....So can those Red Bull, V Guarana drinks. Don't have too many of those. Too much caffeine is not good for heart.
