You don't need supplements.. Just a nice balanced diet with a WIDE VARIETY of whole grains, Legumes (protien), Nuts (protien), Vegetables (vitamins) and fruits (vitamins)..
If your mom has concerns, offer to discuss it with a WELL EDUCATED (not anti-vegetarian) dietitian or nutritionist, to educate both yourself and your mom on how you can do vegetarian diet "the right way"
Okay, if you're still using milk products, mom doesn't have to worry about calcium. If not, greens have plenty, and other veggies too.
protien can be found by eating a wide variety of legumes (beans) and nuts.. eat them with whole grains (like brown rice) and you'll be getting plenty of protien, actually superior to that found in meat.
Iron is in green leafy veggies, blackstrap molasses, etc..

There really is no need to take any supplements or vitamin tablets.
The vegetarian society has info packs for new and teen vegetarians as well as for parents of young people turning veggie.
Maybe get those packs for you and your mum ?

Oh, Gaia, not the protein myth again. We've gone through this repeatedly. As long as you eat a balanced and varied diet, you should be fine.
But it can't hurt to take a vegan multivitamin--I do mainly as a just-in-case. And notice how you'll never see a vitamin with protein? It's pretty indicative that unless you're starving or eating only junk food, you'll be getting plenty of protein.

What stupid "codpiece" would ask you to saddle your mom with the extra work of making sure YOUR vegetarian diet is balanced. Only someone who thinks his world is everyone's world and is a moral fraud to boot and is a lazy farmer (free range = "lazy farmer" my farmer friends tell me.) No wonder he prefers animals to people.
Mom's have a lot of things to do around home beside catering to YOUR diet. Do the best you can while you are at home and when you move out you can eat whatever you want. Meanwhile do your part to lessen the stress in the family and on a hardworking mom.

You really don't need any supplements. Just make sure you eat a broad variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains, and you'll be just fine.
