It's possible.

Sometimes genital warts (which are caused by HPV, not herpes like the other person said) can be treated and will never come back. But, I've read as much as 30 - 50% of people who have had their genital warts treated, end up developing them again later on.

I personally had genital warts about 2 years ago and mine have never came back (luckily). So, there is a possibility they will come back, but there is a possibility they won't.

Also, I hope your doctor is aware of your situation. Genital warts can (RARELY) be spread during birth to the baby. The doctor may suggest a C-section delivery to avoid the baby from possibly contracting the virus.

Good luck!
