Doctors and nurses only? Honey, there's no way of confirming whether or not the answers you will get are legitimate, or from a person that SAYS they are a doctor or nurse and pastes a bunch of information found on a website like webmd.com. Your best bet would be to visit your own doctor and get the information firsthand.

Go to a doctor if you want advice from a nurse or doctor. It could be bronchitis. Go ask them instead of random people on here who might claim to be doctors and really be some psycho next door who knows nothing about medicine or illnesses.

when you talk alot, you dry out your mucous membranes and your secretions get very thick. You are not drinking enough water to keep them thin and easy to swallow. Suggest to you that 2 liters of water is a minimum daily requirement.
