most wholesale warehouse clubs like costco and sam's club sell them cheap
but
artificial sweeteners really aren't good for you especially if you are a diabetic
they damage your kidneys
cause birth defects
and actually make you gain weight( they have calories)

i do not drink any soda so i do not know if the bottles still say it but years ago diet soda labels used to say not for use by diabetics unless advised by doctor
actually a LITTLE sugar is better than artificial sweeteners
if you look in diabetic cookbooks their recipes include sugar
it is just the amount you have to watch and sugar does not have processed chemicals in it
better yet get used to NOT using any sweeteners unless you absolutely have to (as in baking) to avoid hidden calories and health risks
remember
saccharin and cyclamates( which is now banned) and aspertane can cause health risks
