Try this out.
Take some cooked rice, a little chopped onion, grated cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, a few drops of worcestershire sauce and some shredded chicken. Mix the whole lot and season to taste. Stuff into two slices of bread and toast in a sandwich toaster - simply divine!

Peanut Butter and Jelly (try it grilled,don't use alot of PB if you do you'll have a real mess,and grill like a cheese sandwich)

or try this variation of grilled cheese:
use shredded Italian 5 cheese blend and Rosemary/Olive Oil Bread...DELICIOUS!!!!

Mmm samiches! The best sammich in the world is as follows.

Two slices of whole wheat bread, with a dab of Mayo on either. Several thick slices of ham laid neatly between them, topped with some lettuce and a thick slab'O pepperjack cheese, mmmmmmm spicey!

Tuna mayo with a touch of onion on brown but the onion has to be chopped very finely and the bread very fresh. A touch of salt and pepper always delivers.
