If you have a very bad chest pain you need to go to your local emergency room.

It could be something or nothing. Does the pain radiate to your left shoulder and arm. What sort of pain is it? A gripping pain?

See a doctor asap.

If it is in the lower chest you may have indigestion, but if it is in the upper chest , you may have a major heart problem, in that case, GET TO A HOSPITAL NOW!!!

The best thing to do with this problem is to ignore it. My advice? Just push all of those bad feelings down deep inside and pretend they arent there.
