Do you have any kind of cardiac problem in your family? If there is, I think you should have a check up with the doctor. If your resting HR is 110 thats is High. Normal is 60-90. This could lead to a heart attack due to over exertion of the heart...Also you should try to alter your lifestyle(idk what your lifestyle is) but try to stop or if not limit all sedentary activities. If condition still persists, consult the doctor.

Do you feel you are currently at a stressful time in your life? Tachycardia CAN be harmless, but it is usually best for you to go talk to your doctor and see what he suggests. He may offer a diet plan, or he may want to give you some drugs to slow your heart down.
