Mu shu pork = a Chinese dish made w/ julienned veggies (carrots, cabbage, onions, wood ear mushrooms) & thin strips of pork & scrambled egg

It is served w/ plain crepe like bread & hoisin sauce.

It tastes like a savory stir fry. The cabbage & mushrooms add an earthy note. The hoisin sauce adds a slightly tangy sweet flavor & the crepe is neutral.

It's a delicious crowd pleaser. You get little pancakes on the side upon which you place some stir-fried shedded pork and vegetables.

Kids love to put them together, and it is very tasty.
