Go to a doctor immediately - you are showing signs of high blood sugar levels that could be linked to diabetes. Stay off the sweets until you have seen your doctor

Check your blood sugar. The trouble with diabetes is the insulin cannot into each cell of your body. The body is fooling itself to think I need mor fuel but it does not have the carrier insulin to pull it into each cell. So you crave a concentrate sweets. 60% o f the fuel goes to the vital organ the brain and when it cannot get into the cell, it became very toxic and
therefore you are sleepy. The sugar content in your kidneys will cause you the drink water because sugar is a good diuretic.

sweets and starchy foods are addictive and cause the brain to require more and more!!

getting sleepy after eating them and requiring a bunch of water are both signs of diabetes.

Get Thee to the Doctor's Office ASAP requesting both an A1c and GTT.

Don't mess around with asking dumb questions about your health and possibly screwing up your life!! Quit with the candy, cookies, and cokes!!!

Do you already know you're diabetic? If so, get away from that stuff because aside for hurting you, it makes you feel lousy. When you eat right, you'll feel ok. When you eat wrong, you'll feel lousy. Even if you don't care about heart disease and screwing up your kidneys and pancreas, do you want to FEEL CRUMMY ALL DAY???

Get thee to the doctor!
